The model is still downloading
Use a stable internet connection and make sure your iPhone has free storage. Keep the app open until the model is ready. Offline translation is available after this initial setup.
If a download repeatedly fails, send us the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and the message shown in the app. Do not delete or reinstall the app before checking whether you need to keep any local content.
Voice needs a connection or is unavailable
Voice input uses Apple Speech. On-device recognition depends on the language, device and available speech resources; some combinations may use Apple’s servers.
Check microphone and speech-recognition permissions in iOS Settings. If offline speech is not available, use text or photo input after the translation model has downloaded.
Translation is slow or looks wrong
Processing happens on your iPhone, so speed varies with the device and the text. Check the selected source and target languages and try a shorter, clear sentence.
For photos, make the text readable and well lit. AI translations can be inaccurate; use professional verification for legal, medical or safety-critical information.
Purchases and billing
OffLingua is purchased through the App Store. Apple shows the current regional price and device requirements and handles the purchase.
For a billing issue or refund request, use Apple’s support process. For app behavior, contact us directly. We do not need your payment-card details.

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, OffLingua version, the input mode and language pair, and the steps that led to the issue.
A screenshot can help, but remove personal information and confidential text first. We will use what you send to help with your request.
